My name is April Williams McMunn and I specialize in helping buyer's and seller's invest in residential and commercial real estate in Eastern Coastal North Carolina area including Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Beach, and Surf City.

I am a specialist on the Carolina Beach, NC Real Estate market as I grew up in an oceanfront beach house at Carolina Beach, NC and I still love living at the beach. Graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Campbell University. I have been a Real Estate Agent since 1996, with a strong bond to economic development, and recycling by redevelopment.

I have worked with several municipalities throughout North Carolina, including the City of Wilmington as Housing Development Coordinator. On top of working full time in Real Estate as an agent with Intracoastal, I also manage my own real estate properties located in the Carolina Beach, NC commercial business district.
